Texas' No. 1 Authentic African Grocery Store

Our Story

Xpress Market was born out of a deep love for African culture, cuisine, and community. As Africans living in Texas, we know firsthand how hard it can be to find the authentic ingredients that make our food taste like home — the real palm oil, the dried crayfish, the yam flour, the scotch bonnet peppers, and so much more.

We started Xpress Market with a simple mission: to make sure every African family in Texas — and beyond — has access to the authentic groceries they need, without compromise, and without breaking the bank.

Sourced with Care and Integrity

Every product on our shelves is handpicked with one standard in mind: authenticity. We work directly with trusted suppliers and importers who share our commitment to quality. Whether it's a bag of garri, a tin of tomato paste, or a bottle of palm kernel oil, you can count on it being the real thing — exactly as you'd find it back home.

We believe that eating well shouldn't cost a fortune. That's why we go the extra mile to bring you premium African groceries at prices that are fair and accessible to every household.

Proudly Rooted in Texas

Texas is home to one of the most vibrant and growing African communities in the United States, and we are proud to serve it. From Houston to Dallas, Austin to San Antonio — wherever you are in the Lone Star State, Xpress Market is your trusted source for the tastes of Africa home.

We're not just a grocery store. We're a community hub — a place where culture is celebrated, memories are made, and the flavors of Africa are always within reach.
